Which Revit versions is BimE Tools compatible with?
BimE Tools is compatible with Revit 2024, 2025 and 2026. We're working on supporting older versions as well.
How do I install BimE Tools?
To install BimE Tools, follow these steps:
- Log in to your reserved area with your account credentials
- Download the BimE Tools plugin from the download page
- Extract the ZIP file to a local folder
- Open Revit and go to "Add-ins" → "External Tools"
- Load the .addin file from the extracted folder
- Restart Revit
If you don't have an account yet, register before downloading the plugin.
Revit says the plugin is not signed/trusted. Is it safe?
Yes, it's safe. The warning is normal for digitally unsigned plugins (signing costs hundreds of euros per year). You can verify the source code on GitHub or scan the files with your antivirus.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Send an email to support@bimenough.com with a description of the problem, the Revit version you're using, and if possible, screenshots or sample files.
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! Write to us at support@bimenough.com with your idea. The most requested features are prioritized in our roadmap.
Can I use BimE Tools in commercial projects?
Yes, you can use BimE Tools on any project, commercial or personal, without any restrictions.
