1. Acceptance of terms

By using BimE Tools, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License

BimE Tools is provided under a permissive license. You are authorized to:

  • Use the software for personal and commercial projects
  • Install the software on multiple devices
  • Share the download link with other users

You are not authorized to:

  • Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the software
  • Sell or redistribute the software as your own
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

3. Disclaimer of warranties

BimE Tools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The software will be free of errors or bugs
  • The software will run uninterrupted
  • The software will meet your specific needs

4. Limitation of liability

In no event shall BimEnough be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use BimE Tools, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or corruption of Revit files
  • Interruption of work
  • Financial losses

It is strongly recommended to regularly back up your Revit files before using any plugin.

5. Compatibility and system requirements

BimE Tools requires:

  • Autodesk Revit 2024, 2025 or 2026
  • Windows 10 or later
  • .NET Framework 4.8 or later

It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before installation.

6. Updates and changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the service at any time
  • Update these terms of service
  • Release new versions of the software

Updates are not mandatory but recommended for security and new features.

7. Intellectual property

BimE Tools and all related content (logo, documentation, etc.) are the property of BimEnough and protected by copyright. Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
